Very cute interior, however I believe it's connected to a building lobby and seems pretty loud/busy. Good place to meet up with friends, but probably not to get work done. Coffee was delicious! A bit expensive, but it is Seattle!

Every time I'm in Seattle I have to stop by this spot. Anchorhead is one of my fav coffee shops! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. This time I got the iced blueberry matcha and my friend got the hey bae latte (which is an Ube Latte). Both drinks were so good! The flavors were on point. Good job guys!! The vibe is really nice. Every one is doing their own thing, whether you're relaxing with a cup of coffee or working / studying on your laptop. We ended up coming back the same day to grab a bottle of the Honey bunches of cold brew. The bottle was $18 for 32 oz. One of my favs!

Cute coffee shop with ample seating for working or studying! The flavors are very yummy and unique. The honey bunches of cold brew is my favorite here, as it's not too sweet. The seasonal blueberry matcha has an interesting flavor, but I do wish that the matcha flavor is a stronger since it tasted pretty watered down. They do add a lot more ice than most other coffee shops that I've been to.

A good place to stop if you like lighter roast coffee! They also have some medium/dark roasts as well. The blend they use for espresso pairs really nicely with milk and makes a great latte. Good for simple coffee drinkers and those who are looking for fun drinks to try!

First time here! I ordered a Pistachio Matcha and it was okay! There isn't a strong taste of the nut taste you get from the pistachio although, the matcha tea taste is there, but not too strong. I would say it tastes like watered down grass but in a hydrating way. Thanks to the nice worker who was transparent with the ingredients, as I was pretty hesitant about the drink. The ambiance of this location is great, it's a Sunday morning and there's not too many people. There's also tables outside for the vibes. I would say if you want a hint of pistachio mixed in with matcha, then this is the drink! but if you're not a fan of either one then I would try with another drink! I'd definitely come back to this chain and try one of their lattes instead!

My group and I were visiting Seattle and debating between Anchorhead and another coffee shop, but decided to go to Anchorhead since they had interesting and unique flavors on their menu. I got the Hey Bae Latte (iced) and thought it was really good! Ube lattes can be hit or miss for me but it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice creaminess to it. My boyfriend got their pistachio matcha and it tasted like a watered down matcha with no hint of pistachio. If you like matcha, definitely get their blueberry matcha instead. It tasted SO much better and I was surprised at how well the two flavors paired with each other. We also tried their earl grey cookie and thought it was amazing. The cookie was fluffy yet still had some crispiness to it. I've never gravitated towards ear grey flavors but might have to start after that cookie. It was the perfect combination for a morning sweet treat. There were a few chairs and tables but they were all occupied. Luckily we weren't planning on staying long so we stood at one of the tables attached to a pillar (not sure what to call them) and had ample space to talk and finish our cookies comfortably. I'd definitely want to try other coffee shops when I visit again, but it's good to know I can come back to Anchorhead!

We need an Anchorhead in Houston, TX!! I don't buy coffee often, but I think the honey bunches of cold brew might be tied with Luce Ave's island latte for my all time favorite coffee drink. I loved it so much that I got one every morning on my trip for four days straight. The drink is comprised of burnt honey, cinnamon, maple, cold brew, and oat milk. You could really taste every component with each sip! I spent more money on this drink than I have on coffee in the past two months. I also got to try the mandarin mocha latte, raspberry vanilla caramel latte, and the blueberry matcha latte. All three were unique and delicious in their own way and well worth ordering.
